Pink Gin
Said to have been created by British sailors in the 19th century as a way to make their gin rations more tolerable, the Pink Gin cocktail is traditionally two ingredients: the gin, obviously, and aromatic bitters. It’s the few dashes of Angostura that give this drink its subtle pink hue.

WE MADE THIS!

Choose your gin wisely when making this cocktail. As it is pretty much the only thing you can taste, a cheaper gin won’t be as enjoyable to drink as one of the nicer hand crafted blends.
We followed Difford’s Guide and diluted ours.
