Deep, anise-flavoured ouzo is shaken with zingy fresh mint, sweet peach liqueur and a kick of vodka in this sophisticated Greek cocktail.

Simple to make, the Ouzotini will impress your guests. Ouzo can be quite a strong taste but the peach liqueur and mint leaves cut through to make this very moreish.

ingredients
- 1 measure ouzo
- 1 measure peach liqueur
- 1 measure vodka
- 1/4 measure fresh lime juice
- Small handful shredded mint leaves
TO SERVE
- Sugar-rimmed martini glass
METHOD
1.
Run a wedge of lime around the rim of the glass and dip it into a plate of sugar

Fill your cocktail shaker with ice and add all of the ingredients
3.
Shake, strain and serve
