FROZEN ARROW
INSPIRED BY Rasmussen – Higher Ground (Denmark, 2018)
No ALCOHOL OPTION
We just had to create a cocktail inspired by the blummin’ marvellous entry from Rasmussen in 2018!
We made this with vodka first, kind of like a caipirovska, then thought this would be DELISH with bourbon. We were right. You are welcome.
STRENGTH: 2/5 | SWEETNESS: 3/5 | DIFFICULTY: MEDIUM
ingredients
- 2 measures bourbon
- 1/2 measure fresh lime juice
- 1 measure sugar syrup
- 5 blackberries
- 10 blueberries
- Crushed ice
TO SERVE
- Old fashioned glass
- Blackberry to garnish
SUBSTITUTIONS
You can use an alcohol free spirit like Lyre’s American Malt to achieve the same great taste
METHOD
1.
Muddle the berries in the bottom of your glass. Don’t worry of you don’t have the ‘professional’ bar smusher thing, the handle of a wooden spoon works just fine
2.
Add the other ingredients and fill the glass with crushed ice
3.
Stir, garnish and serve
