#THANUS
INSPIRED BY Michael Rice – Bigger Than Us (UK, 2019)
As it ever was, and ever will be, we created a cocktail to show support for the UK’s 2019 entry in our own special way. Being the owner of The Waffle and Crepe Shack, we thought Michael would appreciate our boozy version of a bakewell tart.
Our first version of #thanus was made with vanilla vodka, but we decided we wanted our cherry flavours to be bigger – BIGGER! – so switched it out for some cherry vodka instead. Good decision us, well done.

ingredients
- 1 measure cherry vodka
- 1 measure amaretto
- Cherry cola to top
TO SERVE
- Old fashioned glass
- Cherries to garnish
METHOD
1.
Fill your glass with ice, and add the alcohol

Stir

Top with cherry cola, garnish and serve
